Governor's Perry very own Public plan, In Texas?

Yes. Public plan, but design for companies, therefore is more like a Corporation plan.

Texas very own Governor Perry regulars and appoint executives to Texas Mutual Insurance Company. Texas Mutual Insurance Company, formally known as Texas Workers Comp Insurance Fund, was originally created to insurance those that other companies would reject for pre-existing conditions. This now very large and profitable company is also in charge of regulating the market, setting the tone on how business is done in Texas. They pride on keeping the industry honest,  prices low, preventing fraud and wastefull spending. IF you company does well Texas Mutual Insurance given you money back. Money back? Yes, if you company reports no injuries, and no lose time, Texas Mutual will pay you back a portion of your premium back.

Texas Mutual Insurance was the first company to participate in Perri's very own HB7. Perri passed this legislation in 1995. HB7 was passed to abolishes the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission (TWCC), effective September 1, 2005, and transfers its functions to the newly-created Division of Workers' Compensation at the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI).HB 7 authorizes the certification of health care networks, and employers may elect to contract with an insurance carrier to participate in the carrier's network. Workers who live within a network service area are required to choose their treating doctor from a list of network providers. This is similar to the HMO concept used in group health insurance. If an injured worker does not live within a network service area, he or she may choose a treating doctor from the Division's Approved Doctors List as provided for in the current statute. This means that HB7 took the current open access that Texas had and narrowed it down to a very few Doctors hand pick by insurance companies and employers. HB7 also gave insurance companies the authority to function without regulation from the Texas Department of Insurance. This gave them the right to remove a Doctor from their Network/HMO approved list without any reason. They just have to tell the Doctor or Facility we no longer want you in our Network. The Doctor may appel this decision with the Network as well. This new found power was used by the Insurance companies to reduce reinbursement to Doctor below the medicare rates. Literally, the Network Contract that Texas Mutual, AIG, Zurich, Liberty Mutual and others are giving out pays Doctors 60-70% of the Medicare fee scheduled. That's not all, Networks are allowed under HB7 to create their very own Medical Treatment Guidelines that Doctors must use to treat their patients. If Doctors and patients agree on a treatment plan, it must be approved first by a peer to peer Doctor Paid by the insurance company and the treatment must be within that Insurance Treatment Guidelines. http://www.tdi.state.tx.us/wc/transition/hb7employer.html. In addition, insurance companies may contract peer Doctors to review records, with out seeing or contacting the patient or patient's Doctor all at, and make a report of the medical necessity, or plan of care. Insurance Adjusters then use this Peer report to deny medical care and income benefits.

Furthermore, Texas very own Governor Perry allow that the TDI to passed the ODG guidelines. The Official Dissability Guidelines was disigned by a group of Doctors to guide and mandate Doctors on how to treat their patients. All treatment in Texas for Injured workers out of Network, is conducted with the direction of the ODG. Peer to Peer Doctor's quote from the ODG to deny services that the patient's Doctor order and that the patient agreed to received. So much for Doctor, Patient relationship.

As soon as HB7 passed thousands of people lost their jobs, as many Doctor's were force to cut on staff, reduce pay and/or close all together. This is how the private sector creates jobs and treats the very Tax payors that keeps them in buisness.

May the Light of Jesus Christ open your eyes to the reality of power, hate and greed.

Yours in Jesus Name

Faith vs Party

Believes:

I oppose abortion, death penalty, and War.  “Thou shall not kill” means just that, before birth, and anywhere in between birth and death. “It was said onto you, Thou shall not kill, but I say, if you hate your brother, you are a killer”. We were call to take the good news of Jesus Christ life, death and resurrection, a message of hope and forgiveness in his name. We were not called to take democracy, and westerns believe to other nations. We were called to win the world with love, nor with armies.

Dear Brothers in Christ:

Your only guide is the word of God and the teaching of Jesus Christ and his Apostles. Please listen not to those that want to take you away from your faith by supporting a couple of core believes. A party takes you away from the true base of Jesus Christ. Tunnel vision, power drive, and hate are at the core of a Political Parties.  Christ called you to be meek, loving, patience, forgiven, given, and to follow him and him alone.

Bring all issues to the heart of Jesus, not to a party believe or ideals. About all choose LOVE

1If I speak in the tongues[a] of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames,[b] but have not love, I gain nothing.

4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

8Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. 11When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. 12Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

13And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love
